Job summary

Veta Virtual Inc. is seeking a senior Paid Media Manager to own the full-funnel growth engine across paid media and lifecycle marketing.

You will manage multi-channel campaigns, including Meta and Google Ads, and oversee Klaviyo email/SMS programs to nurture customers and drive profitable growth. You will lead strategy, execution, and reporting with a focus on high-spend campaigns, experimentation, and attribution alignment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of marketing and advertising experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on ecommerce marketing experience.
• Proven ownership of $1M+ in annual Meta Ads spend, with additional hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Experience managing $100K+ in monthly paid media spend across acquisition channels.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including email and SMS campaigns, automation flows, segmentation, and analytics.
• Experience with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or a comparable attribution platform, including reconciling marketing performance with actual sales data.
• Experience with Shopify or a comparable ecommerce platform, plus a strong understanding of online and in-store sales performance.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder presentation skills.
• Comfort using Canva to create or direct marketing assets.
• Bonus: Experience in luxury, jewelry, or other high-consideration retail categories.

Responsibilities

• Own Paid Media Strategy: Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, managing significant budgets and driving profitable growth.
• Manage High-Spend Campaigns: Oversee $100K+ in monthly ad spend, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, prospecting, and retargeting.
• Drive Performance Analytics: Use Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution tools to analyze performance, improve tracking accuracy, and measure results across online and in-store sales.
• Lead Email & SMS Marketing: Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing in Klaviyo, including campaign calendars, automated flows, segmentation, and performance optimization.
• Optimize Customer Journeys: Develop and improve automated flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment, and win-back campaigns.
• Collaborate on Creative & Strategy: Develop creative briefs, use Canva for mockups, monitor competitors, and align paid media with email and SMS campaigns.
• Report on Results: Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights, revenue impact, and actionable recommendations for leadership.
