Job summary

Veta Virtual Inc. is hiring a senior Ecommerce Paid Media Manager to own end-to-end paid and lifecycle marketing for a luxury jewelry ecommerce client.

You will plan, launch, optimize, and report on Meta, Google, and email/SMS campaigns, driving cross-channel growth and ROAS. You will manage seven-figure Meta budgets, own attribution and analytics, and collaborate on creative direction while leveraging Klaviyo for lifecycle marketing.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of overall marketing/advertising experience with at least 5 years in hands-on ecommerce.
• Direct, hands-on experience managing Meta Ads accounts with $1,000,000+ annual spend, planned and managed by you.
• Google Ads experience in addition to Meta.
• Ownership of full funnel performance with strong attribution, reporting, and optimization skills.
• Experience reconciling platform data with attribution tools and actual sales results.
• Hands-on experience owning email and SMS marketing in Klaviyo (flow building, segmentation, campaign execution).
• Experience leading full funnel marketing for an ecommerce brand with online and physical retail data.
• Proficiency using Canva for asset creation and basic design direction.
• Strong analytical skills to present cross-channel performance data.
• Bonus: experience in luxury/jewelry or high-consideration retail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize full funnel paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Manage large ad budgets with strategic bidding, audience segmentation, and testing.
• Create omnichannel ROAS view by reconciling in-store and online sales data.
• Own paid media reporting in Triple Whale, Northbeam or similar tools, with clear recommendations.
• Improve attribution processes and align ad data with reported results.
• Collaborate on creative assets using Canva and guide design mockups as needed.
• Monitor industry trends and platform updates to keep campaigns effective.
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable takeaways for leadership.
• Own end-to-end email and SMS strategy in Klaviyo, including lifecycle flows.
• Develop segmentation to personalize messaging by behavior and lifecycle stage.
• Plan campaign calendars around promotions and product launches.
• Test subject lines, send times, content, and offers to lift engagement and revenue.
• Ensure messaging stays aligned with paid media for a consistent customer experience.
• Report on lifecycle metrics like open rate, CTR, list growth, and revenue attribution.
