• 6+ years of experience in paid media or integrated media planning.
• Experience managing multi-channel paid media budgets.
• Hands-on experience with retail media networks (Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Ulta, Amazon, etc).
• Strong ability to build and own reporting infrastructure.
• Able to operate autonomously while collaborating across teams.
