Job summary

rEvolution is seeking an Associate Director, Paid Media to join our Chicago team and lead best-in-class media strategies across Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Reddit. In this role you will mentor junior staff, present to executives, and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CTR and revenue.

The hybrid role is based in Chicago with a global reach; the anticipated annual salary range is $110-120K and includes a discretionary annual bonus and robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of paid media experience in an agency setting.
• Deep hands-on expertise in paid social strategy, buying, optimization, and measurement.
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit).
• Advanced Excel knowledge to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop best-in-class media strategies and mentor junior staff.
• Present recommendations, performance insights, and campaign timelines to clients.
• Drive improvements in KPIs such as ROAS, CTR and revenue.
• Oversee flawless execution of media plans, including budget pacing and inventory selection.
