rEvolution, a leading global sports marketing agency, seeks an Associate Director, Paid Media to join our rapidly growing team in Chicago. You will lead media strategies, oversee campaigns, and mentor junior staff while partnering with VP Media.

This hybrid role based in Chicago offers a salary of $110-120K per year with discretionary annual bonus, plus a robust benefits package including healthcare, 401(k) matching, flexible time off, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of paid media experience in an agency setting.
• Hands-on paid social strategy, buying, optimization and measurement.
• Experience managing large campaigns on Facebook/IG, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit for CPG/retail.
• Advanced Excel skills and turning performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong leadership, presentation and client relationship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop media strategies across platforms and mentor junior staff.
• Serve as a client-facing lead presenting recommendations, insights and timelines.
• Outline success metrics and drive improvements in ROAS, CTR and revenue.
• Maintain vendor relationships and identify risks/opportunities.
• Translate data into recommendations with analytics guidance on measurement.
• Oversee flawless execution of media plans including budgeting and inventory.
• Hands-on activation and optimization while coaching juniors.
