Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta advertising, messaging, and funnel optimization. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, lead client conversations, and drive testing to improve lead generation and appointment bookings for financial services clients.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and collaborate with creative teams, video/script development, and automation workflows to scale results and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience, with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports ahead of calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships supporting retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and creative testing.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; configure Calendly+Zapier automation.
