Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a senior performance marketer to own client strategy and execute end-to-end paid media campaigns on Meta.

You will drive lead generation and appointment bookings, craft compelling copy and video scripts, and lead testing across audiences, offers, and messaging. You will manage tracking, integrations, and funnel performance while building strong client relationships to support retention and referrals.

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively identify and address account risks and opportunities.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and creative testing.
• Monitor daily performance against cost-per-appointment and other key metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and determine where changes are likely to help.
• Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and variables.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences.
• Collaborate with video editors and provide clear creative direction.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research while maintaining quality and judgment.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversion events.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research and copy development while maintaining quality and strategic judgment.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
• Identify and resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
• Evaluate performance across media, messaging, tracking, and lead flow to identify the source of funnel problems.
