Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance, strategy, and creative testing across Meta campaigns.

You will lead conversations with high-net-worth clients, translate data into actionable plans, and drive results from lead generation to appointment bookings while managing multiple accounts. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and own end-to-end delivery, including copy, video scripts, and funnel strategy, with accountability for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts, with testing across creatives.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively identify and address account risks and opportunities.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment bookings.
• Monitor budgets, audiences, bid strategies, and campaign structure; test creatives.
• Set up tracking, pixels, conversions, Calendly/Zapier integrations, and lead routing.
