RVO Health is seeking a Senior Associate, Paid Media in the Charlotte area to own paid media programs end to end on Meta and Google, delivering results with healthy margins. You will partner with internal teams and lead tests of new channels while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires 3-5 years in paid media, strong analytical skills, and experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Hybrid/Remote work is available in the Charlotte metro region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on paid media experience owning campaigns end to end.
• Proven track record managing campaigns and budgets to delivery or revenue goals.
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads with testing and optimization.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media programs end to end on Meta and Google, from launch through delivery and results.
• Develop targeting strategies balancing scale, cost efficiency and audience quality.
• Lead creative and messaging tests with partners to refresh assets and improve performance.
• Monitor performance, diagnose issues, and optimize delivery and efficiency.
• Manage budgets and monthly forecasts, aligning spend to goals.
• Deliver clear performance readouts and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, Ad Operations, Site Marketing, Product Marketing and Performance teams.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices in campaign management.
• Stay ahead of platform changes and test new channels, automation, and AI workflows.
