Job summary

Sanity.io is seeking a Senior Manager of Paid Media to own strategy, measurement, and testing for a $5M+ annual budget. You will lead two contractors initially, with plans to grow the team to 2–3 in your first year, and work with demand gen, ABX, and RevOps to drive pipeline.

You will build robust measurement, attribution, and reporting frameworks, while running structured experimentation and AI-driven optimization across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, and more.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B paid media with $5–10M annual budgets.
• 2+ years of people-management experience.
• Deep expertise in paid social across major platforms.
• Experience managing agencies/contractors and setting KPIs.
• Structured experimentation programs at scale.
• AI usage in bidding, analysis, and creative testing.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the paid media team from day one, hiring and developing staff.
• Own paid media strategy and budget across multiple platforms.
• Manage agencies and contractors; brief, steer, and measure output.
• Run paid social as a primary channel and develop audience strategies.
• Stand up measurement, attribution, tagging, and dashboards.
• Design scalable testing programs across creatives and channels.
• Demonstrate AI-enabled enhancements in bidding, audience modeling, and creative testing.
• Drive full-funnel programs from awareness to pipeline, aligning with sales.
• Report on metrics like pipeline, cost per opportunity, and influenced revenue.
