Job summary

Cognition is an applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents. We’re seeking a hands-on digital marketer to own paid channels and scale them from early traction to $1M+/month in spend, while managing agency partners and building a measurement infra to identify what actually converts as we scale.

You’ll run campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X, manage budgets, test 10+ concepts weekly with design partners, and decide what stays in-house as we grow.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager.
• Managed $50K–$250K/month and scaled budgets efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Own paid channels from setup to scale and optimization.
• Build and refine measurement infrastructure to track CAC and conversions.
• Manage agency partners; decide what stays in-house as we scale.
• Test 10+ new ad concepts weekly with design and creators.
• Stand up new channels as we prove core ones and expand spend.
