• Assist in implementation and serve as point person on all phases of medical imaging system implementations and Epic-related projects to meet milestones.
• Analyze problems, propose improvements, and develop action plans using Baptist Management System tools.
• Complete testing of software applications using established standards and protocols.
• Provide ongoing support of medical imaging systems and related applications under area of responsibility.
• Support system configuration and maintenance tasks, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to gather and document requirements for integration.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in medical imaging systems, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Complete assigned goals.
