Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7 years of experience in packaging leadership or related role.
• Experience in consumer packaging in a food production industry; strong engineering design & project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee packaging development and maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize output.
• Troubleshoot packaging design, material, and process issues with cost-effective solutions.
• Lead SOP development for packaging equipment maintenance and inventory processes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, SQF and other food-safety standards.
• Manage CMMS implementation and drive KPI performance (PMs, work orders, inventory).
• Lead packaging department, mentor staff, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee budgeting, capital expenditures, and adherence to annual spending plan.
