The role focuses on improving system performance, product quality, and productivity while building capability in the team through hands-on development. The role requires significant floor time, collaboration with engineering, operations, and ITQ, and willingness to champion safety and continuous improvement initiatives within the platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in consumer products or process/packaging.
• Strong data analysis and statistical skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems and unit operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and process safety improvements across packaging platforms.
• Drive loss elimination and glidepath initiatives on the site.
• Develop and deliver training materials to build team capability.
• Collaborate with platform team and cross-functional partners to optimize performance.
• Support planning for capital and capacity improvements.
