Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Packaging Manager in New Brunswick, NJ to lead packaging technology transfer, process development, and CMO collaborations. Qualifications

• Proven record in pharmaceutical packaging technology, technology transfer, process development and packaging support/activities.
• Ability to interact at all levels of the organization with proven influencing ability (Regulatory, CMO) to achieve goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present concisely on complex study plans and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide Packaging technical support to ExM and CMOs.
• Ensure transfer of robust packaging processes to CMOs.
• Lead technology transfer projects, ensuring technical transfer within budget and timelines.
• Support packaging CMOs operations under supplier governance models.
• Develop and monitor process robustness plans and control strategies; oversee TPM sites.
