Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in New Brunswick, NJ seeks a Packaging Technology expert to support ExM/CMO activities from concept to commercialization. The role drives technology transfer, process robustness, and regulatory filings for primary and secondary packaging.

Candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelors or Masters in science/engineering/packaging with 6+ years of relevant experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to manage complex packaging projects and supplier

Qualifications

• Proven track record in pharmaceutical packaging technology and tech transfer.
• Experience with process development and packaging support activities.
• Ability to interact with regulatory, CMO teams and other stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of primary/secondary packaging, materials, and serialization.

Responsibilities

• Support CMO selection through technical packages, due diligence, and scoring.
• Lead packaging robustness assessments and improvement initiatives.
• Oversee technology transfer packaging projects within budget and schedule.
• Provide technical support to ExM/CMO to ensure compliance and supply security.
• Lead investigations using root cause analysis and drive CAPA effectiveness.
