Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Packaging Manager to lead packaging tech transfer, process development and support for ExM/CMO operations in a cross-functional setting. The role requires deep knowledge of primary/secondary packaging, serialization, and regulatory expectations.

The position emphasizes collaboration across teams, risk reduction in packaging operations, and technical leadership in transferring robust packaging processes to CMOs while maintaining schedule and budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (or Master's) degree in science, engineering, packaging or related field; minimum 6 years of experience.
• Proven record in pharmaceutical packaging technology, tech transfer, process development and packaging support.
• Ability to interact with Regulatory, CMO and other stakeholders to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide Packaging technical support to ExM and CMOs.
• Lead technology transfer packaging projects within budget and schedule.
• Oversee packaging robustness assessments and improvement initiatives.
• Support operational management of packaging CMOs under SRM governance.
• Ensure compliance, CAPA, change control, and APQR activities are addressed.
