Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of relevant packaging engineering or pharmaceutical packaging experience.
• Experience overseeing packaging activities at a CMO/CDMO.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME leadership and oversight of primary and secondary packaging activities.
• Identify, select, and procure packaging equipment; oversee vendor interactions.
• Oversee packaging-related documentation, risk assessment, and change controls.
• Support regulatory filings and responses related to packaging activities.
• Collaborate with CMO/vendor meetings and project stakeholders to ensure GMP compliance.
