Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Lead Technical Packaging Specialist to support commercial supply for biopharma oncology products. You will ensure quality, compliance, and supply continuity across global operations.

You will act as the primary contact for external contract packagers, oversee packaging operations, and drive improvements while ensuring DSCSA/FMD serialization compliance and GMP adherence. Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams; support tech transfer,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharmaceutical logistics, packaging, and supply chain management.
• deep knowledge of cGMPs, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and global packaging standards.
• experience managing external packagers and launches across regions.
• understanding serialization (DSCSA, FMD), distribution, and cold chain logistics.
• strong PM, communication, and organizational skills.
• proficiency in statistical analysis and regulatory requirements.
