Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in the United States seeks a Packaging Exp. Engineer to support advanced therapies packaging, distribution studies, and packaging-related SME activities across JJIMSC.

This onsite/hybrid role focuses on delivering compliant, scalable packaging solutions for products and launches. The candidate will lead multi-functional teams, perform packaging tech transfer, and ensure adherence to cGMP and regulatory standards while driving cost and quality improvements

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Packaging Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of six years in packaging, labeling, and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of cGMP is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide lifecycle packaging equipment, process tech transfer and new product launch support.
• Lead transportation study activities for the supply chain including distribution testing.
• Provide support to packaging validation, and quality investigations.
