The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of experience and will be responsible for designing effective packaging systems, leading junior designers, and working closely with clients. This role offers a compensation range of $35.15 - $51.25 per hour and includes comprehensive benefits for health and financial stability.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive experience in packaging systems or industrial facilities design.
• Ability to work directly with clients and project stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex packaging system layouts.

Responsibilities

• Design packaging and material handling systems.
• Produce and review CAD and 2D/3D design deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership to junior designers.

Skills

Communication skills

Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D)

Experience with 3D modeling tools

Understanding of food & beverage environments
