HelloFresh is seeking a Category Manager for Packaging to own the Primary packaging category (ingredient packaging, plastic film…) and lead sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supply reliability. You will report to the Director of Packaging and partner with design to enhance packaging aesthetics.

The role requires 5+ years in strategic procurement, a master's in a related field, and an entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business.
• 5+ years in strategic procurement, supply chain, or consulting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Quantitative and analytical skills; comfortable with data analysis and GSuite.
• Collaborate with packaging design and supplier stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Innovation: Source primary suppliers and co-create packaging solutions.
• Data-Driven Execution: Use datasets and benchmarks to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Develop the Supply Base: Build a network of primary packaging suppliers; own vendor selection, specs, KPIs.
• Elevate Customer Experience: Collaborate with design team to improve packaging look and feel.
