• Define and manage end-to-end packaging development schedule
• Drive packaging structure alignment across cross-functional teams
• Define and ensure compliant content across packaging deliverables
• Lead POD labeling support and execution
• Develop packaging strategies for global launches and regional expansion
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk
• Coordinate resources to maintain schedule integrity across programs
• Identify and resolve risks to packaging timelines
