Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle, WA is seeking a results-oriented Program Manager to lead branded device launches across the Devices & Services business. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and drive process improvements and automation to scale operations for new product introductions.

You will analyze program data, report to senior leadership, and champion strategy across partner, finance, planning, logistics, product, accounting, and engineering groups.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project coordination for branded device launches, managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across teams.
• Identify opportunities to optimize internal and external workflows, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness across the program lifecycle.
• Evaluate current processes and systems to identify areas for automation, and lead initiatives to implement solutions that increase productivity and reduce manual effort.
• Analyze program data to identify trends, surface improvement opportunities, and deliver regular reporting to leadership to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous optimization.
• Partner with Operations and Product Line teams to understand inventory requirements, manage lead times, and ensure product availability aligns with launch schedules.
• Develop and maintain training materials and documentation for processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual agreements, and implement measures to continuously monitor and improve quality in business operations.
