Job summary

GOJO Industries, LLC is seeking a Production Leader for the 2nd shift at the Wooster campus. This role requires leading a manufacturing team, ensuring the daily production schedule, and coordinating with support departments to meet targets. The position is 100% onsite with travel between campus locations in Northeast Ohio as needed.

The candidate should have a lead/supervisory background in manufacturing, strong computer and SAP skills, and the ability to train staff and enforce safety policies.

Qualifications

• Lead/supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to use basic measuring equipment, computer and calculator.
• Wamiliarity with SAP for recording components and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production schedule.
• Communicate information to support departments and line personnel.
• Verify inventory for process orders and staging areas.
• Coordinate machine changeovers and line upkeep.
• Train and coach line employees and temporary staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of production supplies.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Record components in SAP accurately.
