Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a senior packaging equipment process engineer to lead development and deployment of packaging specifications for large-molecule biotherapeutic drug products. The role requires coordinating with multi-functional partners and external vendors to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee FAT/SAT, commissioning, qualification, and start-up activities, while ensuring alignment with Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, and EHS standards.

Qualifications

• A minimum Bachelor's Degree in engineering; Mechanical preferred.
• MS or MBA preferred for advancement.
• 10+ years packaging equipment process engineering and/or capital project execution experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of packaging specifications and drawings for large-molecule biotherapeutic operations.
• Provide process system ownership and technical leadership for packaging equipment.
• Assess vendor competency, review bid documents, and manage project development and execution.
