MSAT Packaging Experienced Engineer supporting Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine supply chain, focusing on advanced therapies and distribution studies.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Packaging Engineering or related field
• minimum 6 years' experience in packaging, labeling, and manufacturing processes
• expertise in passive shipping solutions, distribution testing, and validation/qualification of packaging equipment and materials
• knowledge of cGMP and regulated product environments

Preferred

• global team leadership, project management certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma), and ability to influence across complex matrix organizations
• excellent communication skills
