Qualifications

• 15+ years in drug product experience in a biotherapeutics cGMP environment, preferably process engineering or capital project execution.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams and partner with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver process engineering specifications and data sheets.
• Assess vendor competency and manage project development and execution.
• Resolve technical issues during C&Q testing and ensure readiness for qualification activities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Manufacturing, Facilities, MSAT, Quality, Procurement, E&PS and EHS.
• Mentor engineering team and cultivate a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
