You will serve as the technical authority for packaging engineering and partner with manufacturing, procurement, and product teams to drive innovation and efficiency. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to packaging lifecycle from ideation to first production, with opportunities to impact sustainability and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science or related field.
• 5–7 years’ experience in consumer-packaged goods, food/bev preferred.
• Strong knowledge of packaging forms and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging development and specifications across multiple brands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to commercialize packaging innovations.
• Manage new item development including packaging, sourcing, and pricing.
• Develop packaging specs, pack-outs, sizing, palletization, and test results.
• Support optimization, sustainability, and process improvements.
