Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in packaging engineering, quality engineering, or manufacturing.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.
• Prior exposure to Packaging Controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot packaging issues and optimize packing line efficiencies across locations.
• Develop procedures to minimize setup time and changeover costs.
• Provide technical support for capital projects and new product testing/start-ups.
• Ensure safety aspects of equipment meet specifications and drive continuous improvement.
