Job summary

ASR Group is seeking a Senior Corporate Packaging Engineer to support packaging operations across its enterprise. The role focuses on identifying and implementing permanent improvements that lower costs, reduce waste and overfill, and enhance safety and reliability of packaging systems.

Responsibilities include leading continuous improvement efforts, developing procedures, and providing technical training while collaborating with production, maintenance, and R&D teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in packaging engineering, quality engineering, or manufacturing.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma activities.
• Experience applying sound engineering practices to high-volume consumer packaging.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot packaging issues and optimize line efficiencies across sites.
• Develop and improve procedures to minimize setup and changeover time and cost.
• Provide technical support in capital projects and new product/package testing.
