Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an MSAT Packaging Exp. Engineer to join our Strategic Operation & Packaging team in a on-site/hybrid role in North America.

You will lead packaging technical support, develop secondary/tertiary packaging, and drive cost improvements while ensuring compliance with cGMP and industry standards. The position requires a Master's degree in Packaging Engineering and at least six years of experience in packaging, labeling, and manufacturing, with PMP/Lean

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Packaging Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Minimum six years of packaging, labeling and manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of passive shipping solutions is preferred.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide lifecycle packaging support for new products and lifecycle management.
• Lead secondary/tertiary packaging design and testing for launches and transfers.
• Drive cost improvement and packaging efficiency initiatives across sites.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and commercial teams to enable market access.
