Job summary

You will collaborate with packaging commercialization, device development, and global support functions to enable product introductions and transfers. The role requires a BS or MS in engineering, 4–5+ years of packaging operations experience, GMP knowledge, and strong project management with problem-solving

Qualifications

• BS or MS in engineering with experience in packaging operations or process design.
• GMP experience.
• Project management skills with project implementation experience.
• Analytical and decision-making ability.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis or Lean Six Sigma.
• Technical writing and document review experience.

Responsibilities

• Author new/Revise component specifications with cross-functional teams.
• Work with vendors to develop/test components for qualifications and launches for global markets.
• Support design transfer processes with packaging commercialization and device development teams.
• Act as Change Owner/PM for component changes and SME for site changes.
• Initiate and manage workflows in GLAMS for printed component drawings.
