Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Process Automation Engineer – Packaging at the Kenosha County site in Wisconsin to design, install, and qualify packaging lines and integrate them with site data collection and SCADA systems.

You will lead full project lifecycles, collaborating with Quality, Operations, IT, and engineering teams to ensure compliance with cGMP and CFR standards, start-up readiness, and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 7+ years of process engineering with automation experience.
• Pharmaceutical cGMP experience and CFR knowledge.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex packaging projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and qualify new LKC packaging lines.
• Integrate lines into site data collection and SCADA layer.
• Lead project lifecycle including FAT, SAT, qualification, and startup.
• Ensure compliance with Lilly standards and industry standards.
