Job summary

Lilly is expanding its Kenosha County packaging operations with a new state‑of‑the‑art facility. As a Process Engineer, you will support and manage packaging lines, ensure safe operation, and lead qualification activities from design through startup.

You’ll partner with automation, IT, and manufacturing teams to deliver reliable, compliant systems. Preferred candidates have 7+ years in automated process engineering, strong knowledge of Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk, and experience in GMP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required.
• 7+ years of process engineering experience in highly automated environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automation, controls, and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage packaging lines to ensure safe, compliant operation.
• Lead qualification activities including commissioning and FAT/SAT.
• Integrate packaging lines with site data collection and MES/SCADA systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve automation and process issues.
• Lead continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across equipment and processes.
