Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing organization.
• Experience supporting cGMP manufacturing operations.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; effective communication at all levels.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical agenda for the LKC Packaging TSMS program.
• Provide packaging technical support to operations with respect to materials, equipment, and processes.
• Lead risk assessments and problem resolution in packaging operations.
• Support tech transfer, equipment qualification, and process validation.
• Mentor TSMS engineers, scientists and other disciplines.
