Job summary

Lilly is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support and manage packaging lines at the Kenosha County facility. This role requires leading automation projects, qualification activities, and integration with MES/SCADA systems to drive safe, reliable manufacturing operations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a STEM field, 7+ years in highly automated environments, and familiarity with cGMP. 8-hr days, travel may be required during startup phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM required.
• 7+ years of experience as a process engineer in highly automated environments.
• Pharmaceutical cGMP knowledge and CFR familiarity preferred.
• Strong automation background with ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, installation, and qualification of new packaging lines.
• Ensure safe design and operation of equipment in the area.
• Coordinate commissioning, FAT/SAT, and startup support.
• Integrate lines with site data collection, SCADA, MES, and ERP systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers across projects.
