Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an Aeroderivative Systems Integration Leader to drive package programs with cross-discipline engineering teams. You will define scope, trade studies, and risk-mitigated plans to meet technical, cost, and schedule targets.

You will translate product requirements into engineering specs, lead execution from scoping to validation, and communicate findings to senior leadership while collaborating with program management, supply chain, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required; Master’s preferred for system leadership.
• Solid technical experience in gas turbines, accessories, plant, or controls engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-discipline teams to develop program plans with schedule and cost.
• Translate product requirements into technical requirements for the engineering team.
• Drive on-time, within-budget execution from scoping to validation.
• Resolve system-level technical issues and perform system trade studies.
• Define scope, schedule, cost and risk mitigation for package proposals.
• Communicate with engineering, commercial and supply chain leadership.
