GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas LLC is seeking an Engineering Program Leader to drive New Plant Introduction programs in a multi-disciplinary setting. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering disciplines, sourcing, quality, and partners to deliver on-time and on-budget product development.

The role requires a BS in engineering or related fields, 8+ years in engineering design or project leadership, and 6+ years in nuclear or large-scale power programs; strong Lean, EPC,

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related science or technical discipline.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in engineering design and/or project leadership experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in the nuclear industry or equivalent large scale new build experience in the power industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse, cross-disciplinary team to deliver on-schedule, on-budget design product programs.
• Establish and manage technical interfaces between internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with engineering managers, business leaders and stakeholders to align programs with business goals.
• Coordinate interfaces and drive timely resolution of technical issues across multiple disciplines.
