GE Vernova’s Gas Power organization seeks an Aeroderivative Systems Integration Leader to drive cross-functional program plans for gas turbine packages, manage budgets, and lead system-level trades. The role emphasizes translating requirements into engineering specs and ensuring on-time, within-budget program delivery across RAM, PCO, and supply chain support activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering is required.
• 6 years of technical experience in gas turbines, accessories, plant, or controls engineering for USA roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-disciplinary engineering teams to develop program plans meeting technical, production, and business requirements.
• Translate product requirements into documented technical requirements for the engineering team.
• Lead execution with engineering teams to ensure plans progress on time and within budget.
• Resolve system-level technical issues and perform trade studies to meet PRD CTQ’s.
• Define scope, schedule, cost, and risk mitigation to achieve technical product requirements for package proposals.
