You will partner with the Program Director to establish and advance operational priorities, building scalable systems to support accreditation, student experiences, and program growth.

• Master’s degree with 5–7 years in higher education or healthcare program administration.
• Experience managing complex programs or operational processes and supervising staff.
• Ability to develop policies, workflows, and administrative systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and continuously improve administrative systems, policies, and workflows for the Seattle PA Program.
• Oversee daily program operations including records, communications, scheduling, and facilities coordination.
• Partner with the Program Director on budget development, tracking expenditures, and long-range planning.
• Lead administrative staff, set roles/workflows, and manage performance and development.
• Coordinate admissions processes, events, and accreditation-related activities.
• Support strategic priorities and coordinate complex meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
