Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with LMS, SIS, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operational processes for online learning programs, including class schedules and task tracking.
• Lead semesterly ready-to-launch initiatives with Program & Relationship Managers to address enrollment or course issues.
• Coordinate with faculty contracts for development projects and teaching.
• Process student matriculation each term and manage outreach.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular leadership reports.
• Manage student lists for events, packets, MailChimp, and advising.
• Develop SOPs and program handbooks to ensure consistency across programs.
• Oversee data cleanup and registrar inactivation of learners.
