Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Construction P6 Scheduler/Estimating Engineer to join our team in the greater Mobile, AL area. The role focuses on assisting the bid lead, coordinating bid data, and developing detailed pricing across disciplines for large and smaller projects.

Key responsibilities include managing bid invitations, coordinating with subcontractors, tracking deliverables, and supporting preconstruction materials.

Qualifications

• Estimating Engineer role involves assisting lead estiamte through bid process, coordinating bid information and learning to prepare detailed pricing for disciplines on large and small projects.
• Strong collaboration with Owners, Architects and subcontractors is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming invitations to bid by organizing information as received.
• Issue invitations to bid to subcontractor partners and review bids.
• Identify, coordinate, and track key dates and deliverables.
• Maintain internal historical cost, project, and subcontractor databases.
• Assist in generating preconstruction materials for presentations.
• Participate in internal teams focused on process improvements.
