• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities, including estimating, budgeting, and pricing strategy.
• Mentor estimators and supporting project management staff.
• Develop estimates, scopes of work, and bid packages.
• Conduct risk analysis and communicate impacts to leadership.
• Lead client presentations on pricing, preconstruction, and value engineering.
• Serve as the primary contact for client estimating and preconstruction teams.
• Support proposal development and business development efforts.
• Build relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Improve estimating processes, tools, and systems.
• Lead project handoff from preconstruction to operations.
• Support takeoffs, labor planning, constructability reviews, and subcontractor buyout.
