Job summary
Blue Water Thinking, LLC seeks a Senior Program Analyst to architect the Primavera P6 enterprise environment for a 1,100+ project portfolio and lead migration from legacy systems. You will map legacy data, design calendars and WBS standards, and develop templates for major infrastructure programs under the SEP/HEFP framework.
Responsibilities include coordinating with VA stakeholders, validating data mappings, and advocating adoption of new schedules and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years scheduling experience, including multi-project portfolios.
- Federal government or federal contractor experience required.
- Expert-level Primavera P6 and EPPM skills including multi-project master schedules.
- Proficiency with MS Project and Project Web App for legacy data validation.
Responsibilities
- Architect target P6 enterprise environment for 1,100+ project portfolio.
- Map legacy data into P6 with data integrity and retention.
- Develop templates, fragnets, and schedules by archetype.
- Coordinate with VA stakeholders and field staff; support adoption.
- Produce schedule health metrics and risk management outputs.
