Job summary

Blue Water Thinking, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to serve as Schedule Architect and P6 Migration Lead for the VA SEP program. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, project management, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years scheduling experience in design/construction or capital infrastructure programs, incl. senior/lead level.
• Experience converting milestone-based schedules to logic-driven CPM schedules.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 Professional and EPPM (EPS, WBS, calendars, baseline mgmt).

Responsibilities

• Architect target Primavera P6 enterprise environment for 1,100+ project portfolio.
• Map legacy data into P6 with data integrity.
• Develop master schedules and baselines; manage schedule changes and baselines.
• Coordinate with VA stakeholders and VISN/VAMC engineering staff on dependencies.
• Coach program managers and field staff on schedule interpretation and reporting.
• Create Power BI/SharePoint views for P6 data and adoption tracking.
