Job summary

Comcast Willow Grove is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Procure-to-Pay process improvements across supplier onboarding, PO management, and invoice processing. You will partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, IT and business units to deliver measurable efficiency gains and scalable solutions.

The role requires a strategic, hands‑on leader with 5+ years in P2P or finance operations, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record of cross‑functional impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in P2P, procurement, or finance operations with leadership.
• Ability to map processes, benchmark performance and drive cross‑functional change.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to streamline P2P processes and improve service delivery.
• Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and benchmarking to identify inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with IT to deploy system deployments, automation tools, and ERP enhancements.
• Monitor KPIs such as invoice processing time, payment accuracy, and supplier satisfaction.
• Act as SME for P2P policies, compliance, and system capabilities.
• Create AI roadmap for the P2P COE and drive vendor enablement strategies.
• Support change management with training, communications, and stakeholder alignment.
• Prepare executive dashboards to track progress and opportunities.
