Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with procure-to-pay processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budgetary guidelines
• Implementing formal processes and tools for effective resource, budget, risk, and change management
• Identifying project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business strategies
• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, registers, and timelines
• Planning and controlling project schedules and budgets, ensuring resource optimization
• Coordinating with various stakeholders to support project needs and services
• Providing regular project status reports to stakeholders and upper management
• Facilitating project meetings to ensure team alignment and effective communication
• Analyzing project outcomes, applying lessons learned to future projects, and contributing to the refinement of project management best practices
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
