Job summary

Comcast is seeking a P2P Process Improvement Senior Manager to lead initiatives across the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, from supplier onboarding to payment operations, driving automation and compliance. The role partners with Procurement, Accounts Payable, IT, and business units to deliver measurable improvements and support enterprise transformation goals.

The ideal candidate brings strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, with 5+ years in P2P or related finance ops, and experience deploying

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in P2P, procurement operations, accounts payable, or finance operations.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline P2P processes and improve service delivery.
Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and benchmarking to identify inefficiencies.
Collaborate with IT to deploy system deployments, automation tools, ERP enhancements, and digital workflows (Oracle, Zendesk, Supplier Network).
Monitor KPIs such as invoice processing time, payment accuracy, and supplier satisfaction.
Act as SME for P2P policies, compliance, and system capabilities.
