Job summary

Comcast is seeking a P2P Process Improvement Senior Manager to drive end-to-end Procure-to-Pay efficiency and scalability across supplier onboarding, PO management, invoicing and payments.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Procurement, Accounts Payable, IT and business units, delivering measurable improvements and enterprise transformation initiatives while maintaining compliance and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in P2P, procurement operations, accounts payable, or finance operations.
• Strong process improvement and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline P2P processes and reduce cycle times.
• Map processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with IT on system deployments, automation, and ERP enhancements.
• Monitor KPIs like invoice processing time and supplier satisfaction.
• Provide SME guidance on P2P policies and compliance.
• Create AI roadmap for P2P COE.
• Drive supplier enablement and self-service portal optimization.
• Support change management with training and communications.
